  1. u and nadeem motivated me to also race yall to 405 on front squats. front squat 355 for 2 reps this week, 335 for 2 reps the week before, 315 for 2 reps the week before that, and 315 for 1 rep the week before that. ima hit it before yall thanks for the motivation. i got it on my insta @chungfknwu :)

  3. I think this is the only fitness channel where they do not realise that training one muscle 4 days a week is very bad and only has negative consequences for your body

  4. I like the 315 for 5 equals 365 for 1. Absolutely no science to back this up, but I've always found that if you can get a plate for 5 you can add a quarter and get a single, and a plate for ten you can add a plate and get 1. Ex. 225×5=275×1, 225×10=315×1. Not exact but pretty close.
