  1. I'm glad I'm not the only one who's hesitating a bit on the 50 minute thing. I'm thinking that I could probably do it, but should I, or should I take the day off and try it later because I'm really quite sore and I might end up making something a lot worse that is trying to heal…but I want to do this…ahh, decisions, decisions….

  6. I like how you combined your previous workouts to one! I have done all the three before but never in this order and back yo back(I usually focus on lower body workouts on my strenght training days and get some upperbody on my HIIT/Cardio days and usually throe a short abs workout at thr end of my leg days..)…I might try this combination one day…it's just that for some reason I don't even need to work on my abs,arms and shoulders separatly!doing HIIT and using weight for lower body workouts has given me defined upper body and I have a six packs…its just my legs…ahhhh, my poor legs,they just don't want to change!!:) would love a longer lower body workout:)
