  1. i agreed with you and i was impressed that you knew all this stuff from experience, until, you mentioned how people dont know what there talking about if they dont look the part, that has nothing to do with anything, why a person would take advice from a non fit person, is because maybe they know what they are talking about, for example, my stamina sucks, because i dont jog, i dont like it, i jog rarely, but i know whats up i know about the carbohydrates i know about the proper way to jog, i know all that shit i just rather not do it, or i dont do every single workout there is, but i know how the body works, "common sense" is taking it to consideration that they may know something you dont

  4. Hey Tyrone bro I think your videos are really genuine compared to others. Could you make a video on how you space out and eat your meals throughout the entire day. Also some advice on sleeping and resting. I have an average body and having a difficult time gaining mass and bulk.
