  2. This has to be one of your most dumbest videos yet. You do realize all those examples you gave of those bodybuilders are all from guys who have elite genetics and are on steroids right? You do realize none the guys you named trained exclusively in 1 rep range during their careers right? Your content is getting worse and worse. You are steering noobs down the wrong road.

  3. i excel at long distance (former cross country runner) but i want to gain muscle. trying to find routine, but having so much trouble finding one. I use to do pullups pushups and sqauts consistently but i have fallen off. I can still do a decent amount of pushup and pullups and such. Though i want to start improving my physique, get built up hopefully. Its really hard trying to gain weight.

  4. I have a mixed type muscle fibers..I wanna start the full body work out you mentioned with the three different types of weightlifting 3 times per week..would it be beneficial or should I just stick to metabolic stress training?

  5. So i am a mixed twich muscle fibre type what do i have to do? I try to involve 1-2 heavy weights exefxises to each of my workouts and then i do dofferent exercises with more repetitions or using different techniques like supersets.. Is that ideal?

  7. Hey Vince, I just want you to know that your NNMB2 program is really working for me. The leg days are really tough but it's all about growing. The CTTS Week 1-6 are brutal but I love every minute of it and looking forward to the next 6 weeks of the program. Since starting your program 4 weeks I have dropped 11lbs (201 down to 190) and my co-workers having been making some very positive comments. I have seen more progress in the last 4 weeks than in the last year of me doing this without a program. Always remember when it comes to hard work…. those who can do it, do it, those who can't, criticize! Cheers Bro
