    So what is that liquid? Well, that liquid is what you make it out to be.
    If you sulk and sit around feeling sorry for yourself that liquid turns black and heavy. If you do EVERYTHING to be strong and work on yourself, that liquid turns into some of the strongest fucking fuel you've ever tasted. Heartbreak hurts, but it won't kill you.

    Stay out of your head and chase that euphoria that you get after a workout. Fuck her. Fuck him. Right now it's all about you. BE SELFISH. But most importantly BE FUCKING HUNGRY.

  2. It's about two months now since we broke up. I just left every thing I usually did and became like a ghost. I overthinked every *ucking thing and had some shit thoughts. cried like a baby. damn. today noticed these videos and did some lifting, and Oh Man!! It felt good when ur body takes damage instead of thinking every Sad thing. when u pump and try ur best u forget for a minute the break up and it feels amazing. I Will buy Gym ticket and start to train again. I promise that for myself.

  4. I found this video a few months ago, and it was just what I needed. Going through a break up (a second time) with someone who you think you're going to spend the rest of your life with, is hard. But I didnt give up on working out or stop, Working out helps you forget that hurt for a while. How I see it now is theres always good out of a negative situation and you learn something new about yourself that you want to change to become better for the next person you meet. This video is amazing.

    at the moment i do nothing. i go work and after this i do nothing. i want to do a lot of things, i want to be a other person who is open for new people and new situations, but my mindset to reach tjis goals is wrong… i start nothing, i think all the time i cant reach this dreams and things because they are soo far away…
    i want to start fitness because i think it makes me strong, but i havent the power to start thid journey…now….

I broke up with my ex a month ago and have been depressed and sad thinking about her all the time I tried to give her everything I could, I turned my back on my family and friends and most of all I stopped going gym for a whole year, gym was my number 1 passion in my life and I never stopped gym for anything until I met her. I did everything I could for her, and I find out that she already is seeing another guy just 2 days after the break up, she never really loved me or cared for me,
    I have started gym 2 weeks ago and now I feel amazing and I will never stop gym ever again, I use all the anger and hate that I now have for her, to become something amazing. To become the person I want to be.
    To everyone that has had their heartbroken, keep going, never stop and most of all never change for anyone, the right partner will come along one day and will love you for who you are, and at that point, nothing will ever stop you from achieving greatness.
    Respect all of my gym brothers, keep lifting.

  8. I just got out of a 6 year relationship and it's killing me right now. I am thankful that I was able to experience this. Now that I have sat around and moped for a whole week, I have to focus more on myself and push myself to become successful. The gym and working out is my motivation to move on. I am thankful for these videos. Now I must pursue my goal in life. By the end of the day I can only depend on myself.
