How to build muscle at home
After our last video Teenage workout advice – lot’s of you have been asking “how do you build muscle at home?
Well a few things will differ from the gym, the main difference being the access to extra weight which will help create the stimulus for you to build muscle.
So when you are at home you have to constantly pus yourself in other ways things to consider are
Volume – Total amount of work or reps done in a specific time period,
Frequency – how often you workout.
Progressive overload – progressively making it harder for your self
Lever lengths – A way to put your body at a bio mechanical disadvantage so exercises are a LOT harder.
