How to build muscle at home

After our last video Teenage workout advice – lot’s of you have been asking “how do you build muscle at home?

Well a few things will differ from the gym, the main difference being the access to extra weight which will help create the stimulus for you to build muscle.

So when you are at home you have to constantly pus yourself in other ways things to consider are
Volume – Total amount of work or reps done in a specific time period,
Frequency – how often you workout.
Progressive overload – progressively making it harder for your self
Lever lengths – A way to put your body at a bio mechanical disadvantage so exercises are a LOT harder.

  1. Alright boys, I live in Norwich like you two I've been working out for about 5 months from home and I've seen amazing results you guys have helped so much, anyway what I want to ask is do you know a gym in Norwich I can go to and lift weights and not just do cardio? Cheers

  2. brilliant guys, when it comes to push ups and pull ups what I did was got to a point where I could do 8-12 push-ups and and the same with pull-ups now I just use a backpack filled with bottles of water to add weight and it works really well. really good video like to see more like this.

  3. most of these exercises are very hard for me to do. Do you have any advice on how to get started? I'm an exerciser, but I find this kind of body weight exercises pretty hard.

  4. Are there any difference between training for as female as opposed to being a male? should I avoid any exercises or change any way I'm training
