  1. Hey Adam, nice video like always. And I have a question. I am 16 years old and I exercise 1-2 hour a day. I was thinking to take protein shake is it fine for me at my age?

  2. adam i have a questiin my friend. i have to consume 190 gr. protein 416 gr. carbs and 67,27 fat . its too many for me i cant eat all that every day . the problem is that i play football in a soccer team ( 3 times a week training and 1 match ,3 times in gym every week )
