As a teenager, I always wanted to know how to build muscle. I started lifting at the age of 15 and I learned so much about how to gain muscle mass. I was really skinny and wanted the solution to build muscle and get muscular. I looked everywhere and did my research to know the best way to build and gain muscle as a teenager and skinny guy. In this video, I talk about my experience and I share with you the method I recommend to gain muscle whether you’re a beginner, teenager, or if you’re skinny. Gaining muscle isn’t that hard, it’s all about working hard (doing big lifts), improving strength, and eating enough to grow and get muscular.
