  1. Is there an effective way of losing weight fast? My varsity coach has coached me since I was little and he knows how good I am. He said if I can just lose weight I would easily move up to varsity, but I'm struggling to lose a lot of weight

  2. Great video man. Thanks for this! I really needed this for where I am atm.
    I have a question here.You suggested that you only drink water. I want to try that as well. But in winters its especially tough, so I go for green tea without sugar every now and then. Also I don't like eating carrots, so I use a juicer and mix orange juice along with it. I keep the fibers along as well.
    So it that okay? Or should I go for boiled veggies or some other way to consume some similar vegetables?
