I know I already have a video like this on my channel, but I want to revamp it and make it all around better. In this video Im giving you the way I like to lose weight and also some other methods. But to summarize the video, you can either count macros, count calories, watch what your eating/eyeball. Counting macros is the most extreme method, but it is also the method that produces the fastest results and the best way to minimize losing muscle mass.   1. Marco if my BMR is 2000 and i workout 5 or 4 times a week do you consider that active? I got active on Myfitnesspal and it says i got to eat 2000 but not sure i should drop more for 2 pounds a week cut.
