In this video I will tell you how to get shredded ,ripped and lean as fast as possible. Many people over complicate this process and in fact it’s simple to an extent. In order to get shredded ripped and lean fast you need to be very consistent. Even if you’re a teenager that’s wondering how to get shredded for teenagers this will still apply to you. As a matter of fact it will apply to everyone that’s eager to get ripped and lean fast!

Just to clarify this video is not going to be about how to get ripped in 4 weeks, neither shredded in that time frame either. It’s simply not possible. Depending on your body fat of course.

Okay so in this video I cover a few principles that you will need to undertake in order to get ripped fast for teenagers, skinny guys men, women and just human beings.

1) Measure data (track your food/calories)

This is probably the most important factor. If you’re not in a calorie deficit you won’t lose any fat at all. In fact you will be forever wondering how to get ripped and shredded for teenagers, skinny guys. The reason being is because you will be playing a guessing game. You’re not certain that you’re in a calorie deficit.

The food sources that will get you ripped and lean are as follow.

Protein sources:

Chicken breast
Fish (no batter)
Turkey steaks

Vegetables
White potatoes
Sweet potatoes

Cardio

It’s important to note that cardio isn’t necessary if you want to get ripped fast. In fact if you’re wondering how to get lean fast you could even skip this section as you could just create a calorie deficit with the foods. Cardio is just a tool to create a calorie deficit as it burns more calories. The cardio that I recommend if you want to get ripped fast is high intensity interval training, steady state cardio and most importantly walking. I think walking is the best type of cardio as it can be incorporate into daily life. There’s also no high impact on the joints which will not hider recovery of the muscles. This is very important because if you want to get ripped fast, you need to maximise your strength in the gym especially when you’re in a calorie deficit.

The last factor to get ripped and shredded fast is the weight lifting programme. Although diet is the number one factors weight training is very important. The main aspect that you need to undertake in order to maintain your muscle, is to maintain your strength on the compound exercises or even increase it.
