Okay so I'm 18 , 5 foot 7 inches , around 60kg , I want try gain weight , I want gain about 5kg in 3 months , is that possible ? I'm starting to bench press , I'm slowly adding more weight to my bench press after time , this would increase my body upper muscle , would this be a big help ,for me to get more stocky and keep more weight on ? Finally I found it hard to gain weight , I need gain some weight , what's your best tip for gaining weight probably ? And also what is your opinion on the protein drinks "mooju" .
