  1. iam overweight iam 90 and I should be at 60 or 70 kg and iam the 2nd fastest in my class how? I don't know they call me a spaceship lol and I do run pretty fast because I always run and if I lose the weight I could probably be faster than everyone in my class

  2. Ive been running for 3 straight months at school and I Still get tired quicky in a game. Takes me about 10 mins to lose all my energy. and I dont be running alot in a game.!!! WTF IS WRONG WITH ME.!!????? Is It what I Eat.?? Not trying hard enough.? or soccer aint my thing.? not drinking enough water.?? cause I never do………. Help Please

  3. Do not sprint on the balls of your feet rather sprint on your toes giving you explosiveness. During my track season (we won states because of this) you want your arms to go up to your ear and back to your back pocket. This will keep speed if you run out of energy in your legs. Drive for the best affects. Try to breath in through your nose and put through your mouth constantly

  4. i absolutely love this video and i have much admiration for your persistence and determination to stay fit. You've got me all inspired bro. keep uploading. 👍👍

  5. This is what I copied from the official QPR youtube Channel
    Hi Queens Park Rangers FC
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Joel Ashton-Fogle and I have always been a supporter of QPR.
I am a really great footballer who lives in Canada but lived in Shepherd's Bush London, UK up until August 2013. I would love to make a living out of Football.
My dad and I used to go to all of the games on Saturday afternoon's and Tuesday nights (I don't know if the schedule has changed). I am 20 years old and would love the opportunity to play for my local club.
That will also make my dad and all his family so proud of me especially if I score against Chelsea, Brentford, Fulham, Crystal Palace, West Ham, Arsenal and Tottenham 🙂
I am very fast and good technically on the ball (like Jack Wilshere used to be at Arsenal) (people compare my speed to Theo Walcot).
I am visiting London from December 15th 2016- Jan the 5th 2017 and would love to have a try out for #QPRFC
Please make my wish come true at turning pro
    Cheers
    Joel Ashton-Fogle

After every practice and especially games I can taste the blood from my lungs and I love it. Because I have this passion for soccer, this love that makes me a better player and a better team mate. I really appreciate these videos and your awesome channel. They help me be better soccer player over all:)
