    I wanna have your opinion about choosing a right program for myself. This video has given a good overview of your all current programs. However, I am still not pretty sure , which one should I follow. Therefore, i need your precious opinion on this matter. I have written my body details down –

    Age – 25

    Height – 168 cm ( 5' 6.5" )

    Weight – 67 kg ( 147.7 lbs)

    Body fat percentage – 17.9%

    Skeleton Muscle Mass – 31 kg (68.3 lbs)

    BMR – 1558

    BMI – 23.7

  3. guru sir mera weight 112 kg hai. mai american football ka player hu. or mai weight ni kam karna chahta but body shape me lana chahta hu.. fat hai but jyada b nahi.. strenght b achhi hai. mai weight 110 k aas paas rakhna chahta hu. muscle mass brana chahta hu. plz btao kuch

  8. Hi, I was little overweight and have followed Muscular 8 and SNL. I dropped a significant amount of weight. After that I have started following Lean Mode. But for a strange reason, I started developing belly fat and feeling little bloated. What can be the probable reason.
