    thinking more the 6 weeks. I know you Hurt yours playing Playing hockey. Would love to see how you rehabed it.

  2. You gain strength in the rep range that you practice at right?. I never understand the whole "if I go heavy I'll build strength so when I go back to higher rep ranges I'll be able to use more weight". I really don't think it works like that!
