  1. I LOVE this ,,bored easily'' structure and I love workouts which are ,,condensed'', where you hit each muscle group and sweat a lot in short amount of time. The only thing that bugs me is the fact that I only have 3 kg dumbbells and it's way too light for me, so I have a feeling that I'm not doing the best I can. I am trying to get creative with cat food (yes.), but lifting the boxes compromises my posture, gaaaaah. If you guys could do a brutal bodyweight workout for people who get bored easily, but don't want to lift boxes with cat food would be awesome!
    Lots of love from Poland!

  2. One of my first strength training I've ever done and it was tough but fun, my arms are shaking and I have to vacuum but that's okay haha loved it and the variety was awesome and the encouragement to do it at your own pace made it so much more enjoyable, love from Australia 😊

  3. loved this workout! worked up a good sweat plus the cadio was great. I liked having a different excise to do each round. I think I push harder knowing I don't have to do it again. Really I love ALL your videos because there is such a big verity of things to do. Thanks for putting them out.

  4. Thanks, I needed this total body workout after that Thanksgiving feast I was eating two times a day along with breakfast XD Although I shouldn't care cuz I don't gain weight easily… but I was starting to feel lazy (plus I haven't worked my arms as much as I should be…)! This saved me :)

  5. I loved this workout and I'm going to look for more "workouts for people that get bored easily." I'm loving the cardio strength training combo. it's perfect for someone like me that loves cardio, hates strength training, but understands how important strength work is.

  6. Hi Kelly where can i get hold of those dumbells?
I want to buy it for my partner she is always working out watching your vids.
please share the name and url link – thanks

  7. Hi guys, I'm enjoying your workouts for about a year now and feel great. I switch between HITT, strenght and fullbody 3 x a week and hope to keep this up for many years. However since I am in my menopause my silhouette is changing dramatically. Maybe you can create a workout for women 50+. I know that you yourselves still far do not belong to this group, but I'm sure my buddies' will be very happy.
