standard Week 4 Day 3: Deadlifts – 9 Weeks Strength Gains with Mike O’Hearn

We are at 80%-85% weight now and making crazy Strength Gains. Deadlifts and shrugs before we come back this afternoon for bench.


  1. Hi, small question here: after a few sets of deadlift my grip is really the weak point of my lift. Therefore I manage to finish some sets but afterward if I want to do pull-ups, my grip is not strong enough to hold the bar… Do you have any ideas how to work on ths specific point? I would rather not use any additional equiment but some in my gym adviced me to put some bands…
